Crestliner of Little Falls, Minnesota, a recognized name in boat-building for over sixty years, offers an enormous line-up of over forty models of aluminum fishing boats, runabouts, jon boats and work boats from ten feet to almost twenty-two feet for 2010, including the all-new 1750 Raptor TE (Trolling Edition).
It features Crestliner’s 4-piece all-aluminum hull with tongue and groove channel construction, welded on both the interior and exterior and with a reverse chine to assist in faster planing and helping to keep water spray away from the interior. It also has Crestliner’s patented extruded gunnels with its “J” hook travel cover attachment system which eliminates push snaps and protected by “Dock Guard Gunnel Bumpers.”
The 1750 Raptor TE is available as a side console model, optional dual console, or as a full windshield walk-through model depending on your fishing and recreation preferences. In each case, the position of the console(s)/windshield/helm has been moved further forward in the boat to create a larger cockpit area for landing fish while trolling or jigging. The two Pro-Style fishing seats are located to allow them to swivel a full 360 degrees. The driver’s seat is on adjustable slides and a footrest is provided. Optional fully-sprung reclining seats with armrests are available. Tilt steering is standard as is a remodelled and upgraded dash with instrumentation and master power switch. Battery storage is provided in the floor between the two seats
Raised casting platforms are at the bow and stern and check out the optional stern hinged conversion bench seat. In the “up” position, it is an upholstered bench seat with centre cupholders, and folded down, it extends the rear raised casting platform and reveals the 2-door, 29-gallon aerated livewell.
Under the portside gunnel is a rod locker with protective tubes and a second lockable centre rod locker is located in the bow. There is an additional aerated livewell with bait bag in the bow plus a separate bow baitwell with tray, plus two more lockable storage compartments with slide-in tackle trays. A 12/24-volt trolling motor outlet is standard.
