DESCRIPTION Clean Boat with Upgrades!

This Manship Grant Salon has a Gustom-Built Double Cabin at the rear of the salon, hidden like a clothes closet would be, by a two-panelfolding door. And unlike any similar boat on the market, it also has a BeautifulCustom-Built Aluminum Hardtop, with sealed windows on both sides, thus eliminating the need for canvas. lt also has an air condition system installed in the centre of the hardtop, keeping the Bridge nice and cool, and lt also has two smalladjustable lights mounted in the hardtop near the helm. This Motor Yacht carries a European Style that resembles a floating condo with mega interior volume. At first glance the Manship's solid fiberglass hu!! has a high free-board and an impressive 14'3" beam, its sheer size is noteworthy! Built with offshore strength and is noticeable in key features like the railings, and single molded deck design with high-quality hardware found throughout the boat. This boat offers easy access around the boat with deep foot wells, access to the boat is easy with the SS ladder from the New 2024 Swim Platform just recently installed, then to the bridge with fiberglass molded steps. The bridge layout is large and impressive with its very nice and comfortable white seating couch on both sides, all in great condition, and a smal! table in the middle. To access the bridge from the main salon, a ladder folded up and stored at the ceiling when not in use. lt is then lowered down, and a hatch above would give you access to the bridge. At the bridge, the helm is crisp, clean, and easy to use. lt has all the necessary gauges that most boats with twin engines would need, it also has a Gompass, GPS, Depth Finder, Radar, and VHF marine radio. Simply a very nice place where everyone can gather, and enjoy the scenery.

As you step inside the sheer room will impress you, with a Grand Salon that can be accessed from both the port and starboard side of the boat a dining table with chairs on the port side, with a vacuum system mounted in a tall closet on the port side wall by the door entrance. As you enter the galley area. is a black countertop with a nice sink with a tall Gooseneck-style tap with hot and cold water. You will find lots of storage space under the countertop in severa! drawers. At the end of the countertop is a nice Custom-Built refrigerated bar, hidden behind two separate dark Plexiglas doors. There is a Microwave/Convection mounted on a shelf on the starboard side of the boat above the countertop. There are also several storage closets built on the starboard side wall for dishes or miscellaneous items. Located on the back wall of the galley, are 2 refrigeratorVfreezers that stand out as a great feature, above them is a two-burner cook stove and a coffee maker. All of this makes this galley user-friendly and welcoming for those spending long periods onboard. Fonrard you will find the VIP Stateroom, it is very roomy with an island-style bed, two good clothes closets on the port and starboard side near the door entrance. There is an escape hatch above the bed with a screen, a small TV, and speakers for the sound system. The bathroom is located on the port side of the boat and on the same level as the VIP Stateroom. lt has a shower with a door, and in the center is a vanity with a round sinlg hot and cold water, and storage above and under the vanity for all necessities. The head is on the right side of the entrance and has an electric flush system. The main salon is equally lmpressive to the rest of the boat. lt also has two nice sofas, a table in the middle, a large TV on the back wall, with all the electrical breakers, and next to the folding door giving you acoess to the small Custom-Built aft cabin, plus a storage area in the port side aft corner. All nice sofas onboard, allow guests to relax and not feel confined.
