- ASSUMABLE 40' SLIP FOR LOCALS - The classic Canadian build quality of C&C Yachts needs no introduction. Proven blue ocean sailors, the 37 C&C is one of the last and better built cruiser model designs of the highly celebrated manufacturer of the 70's and 80's, bringing comfort and capability.

Founded by George Cuthbertson and later bringing in George Cassian (the C and C of C&C Yachts) in 1969, the world-famous Canadian yacht design and manufacturing company went on to produce beloved keelboats for over 40 years. The 1982 C&C 37, specifically, marks the last boat produced under the direct supervision of its founders before Cuthbertson's exit from the company in 1982, representing the penultimate vision of its founders. Over 40 years after its inception, the proven design continues to attract conscientious sailors wise to the expert handling capacities of its sleek lines and impressive sheet sizes.

Windrush itself is moored at the private, gated Secret Cove Marina on the Sunshine Coast and has assumable moorage for its new owner if they, too, are Sunshine Coast local. Of course, a 37 C&C would make a splendid sight at any moorage up or down our beautiful B.C. coastline or even beyond in wilder waters. A heavily built cruiser, she is meant to weather coastal gales and create tales to regale with friends on cloudless nights over a glass at port (or of port, if you prefer)! With a recent engine swap for a low 400-range hours diesel, the mechanic's mark of barely broken in, and a solid, dependable range of equipment from sails to navigation, she is ready for the wide-open waters!
