Millenium Falcon  is a Cartwright 44, lengthened in the build process to 46' with a stern extension.
She has pleasing and practical lines with wide, uncluttered decks and flush deck forward of the mast.

Cartwright designed the boat to provide her owners with dependable security and a practical design that will take you wherever you want to go. The cockpit is designed for blue water sailing, being deep and well protected. Sail handling hardware in the cockpit and companionway coachroof is well placed and big enough to really get the job done.

There is a detachable inner forestay facilitating a cutter rig for greater flexibility in sail combination choices.
Sails dated 2004 are in good shape. Mainsail, mainsail cover, Furling genoa, Staysail with hanks luff for cutter rig, Cruising Spinnaker, 150% Reacher

The lead keel is encapsulated and the rudder is protected by a skeg. 6' draft with a moderate aspect ratio fin keel provides good grip upwind and in a seaway but is shallow enough for access to shallow water attractions.

Work and living spaces are generous size, well laid out and there's loads of storage. Engine access and water tanks are between the galley and nav station below the cabin sole.
