This 1993 Bayliner Super Classic 2859 was renamed after 1999, and known after as the Ciera Express. The Classic was built from 1993 to 1995.

A great all round cruiser this vessel is ideal for exploring the coastal waters of British Columbia’s Emerald Sea.

With a very accessible v-berth forward, aft stateroom below the lounge dinette, this well laid out cruiser can comfortably accommodate 6 comfortably.
A full galley is to starboard of the dinette and a stand up head is aft and also on the starboard side.
Moving aft of the lounge bulkhead the helm is to starboard with a two pedestal seats and the option to place a table.
The cockpit is large enough to handle two fishing stations with easy accessibility to the engine and most components of the vessel’s mechanical systems.
A gated walk thru transom allows for easy access to the cockpit.

This Super Classic is powered by a 7.4L Mercruiser Bravo gas engine with Mercruiser outdrive.

A 2019 out of water marine survey found no damage or significant deterioration and no signs of osmosis.
No stress cracking was found.

The full width swim grid is through bolted to the transom and supported by SS struts.
A Mercury outboard is mounted port side on the swim grid.
Transducers and trim tabs are mounted to the transom.
There are 4 thru-hull drains on the transom found to be in good condition.
Propulsion comes from a 3 bladed SS Solas propellor -18.25 x 19R
Decks, windows, above water drains we found to be on good operational condition 

Equipment aboard includes

Ritchie 3.5” mounted compass
Uniden UM380 DSC VHF with single antenna
GPS speed instrument 
Garmin GPSMap 820 and Garmin GPSMap 4208 and Garmin GPSMap 742XS Chartplotter’s
Fusion MS-IP500 CD player with speakers
Standard engine instruments 
Engine room blower’s 12v with 2” ducked blower fans 

Survery noted that all instruments are properly installed and well maintained.

Steering is with Teleflex rack and pinion cable to outdrive with hydraulic assist.

Vessel structure appeared structurally sound at time of inspection.

The interior condition of the vessel is in good condition and well maintained with no signs of water damage found.

A Jabsco manual salt water toilet is connected to a holding tank with discharge overboard and deck fitted for pump out stations.
The head has a Sink with a built in shower head supported by a Flotjet 2100-694 12v shower sump pump.

The galley is equipped 
with a Nova Kool R2600 ac/dc [2015] refrigerator and an Origo 4300 E 2 burner alcohol stove that also runs on 120V shore power.

Fresh water is contained in a plastic tank, 36 g/136l, with a Shurflo 12v pump
Hot water is provided from an Atwater EHM6-5M 6g/23l and is 120v

AC Electrical is 30amp with a Marinco 50’ shore power cord with Smart Plug.
Wiring meets ABYC standards and if in good condition.
DC Electrical is 12v  with 
1 x Group 727 Interstate battery
2 x GC 6V Deep Cycle 225 AH
Batteries are secured in battery boxes.
A Blue Seas selector switch controls 12 power system.
A Xantrex charger meter provide updated 12v information 

There is a 55 watt Solar Panel with Charger Controller 

A good portion of the electrical system has been upgraded and is well maintained.

On deck forward is a 12kg Rocna anchor in chocks with 60’5/16 G43 galvanized chain and 200’ 9/16” nylon rode stored beneath hatch on forward deck.
A Lewmar HX1 Windlass rounds out this package

Two Ruhle Bilge pumps 1100and 500 gph are supported with a Whale diaphragm pump.

Safety equipment is as expected, including a Carbon Monoxide detector

The dingy is a Silver Marine 8’ with a Mini Kota Endurance C2 
The Pod mounted Mercury Four Stroke 9.9 hp comes with a Panther T4 remote steering control 

This well maintained Super Classic has been well maintained and was out of the water for maintenance in late March 2024.

She is well equipped and ready to go. it presently has moorage in Discovery Harbour Marina in Campbell River
