Quite possibly the cleanest boat we've ever listed! This Sea Ray 420 Aft Cabin is spotless from stem to stern and shows like a dream. The 420 boasts a spacious interior and sleek European hull lines, making her one of the nicest looking aft cabins ever produced by Sea Ray. The wide beam hull with prop pockets and 18.5 degrees of deadrise provide a very comfortable ride in most conditions. Below decks, are two nicely appointed staterooms and an open concept salon and galley with plenty of natural light. Above decks, molded steps with railings provide safe and easy movement between the swim platform, aft deck and bridge. Wide side decks make for safe and easy movement forward from the aft deck. 

This 420 Aft Cabin is well equipped for coastal cruising, and meets minimum height restrictions for the Great Loop route. She has just recently completed six-month round trip run from Lake Ontario to Key West via the Erie Canal, and is a great candidate for a future Great Loop run, should that be on your bucket list. 

"GregorIan III" is equipped with Caterpillar 3116 diesels that have been meticulously maintained and come with detailed maintenance records. With only 1600 hours on the meters, and with continued routine maintenance, these two workhorses have thousands of hours remaining. Scheduled mechanical service (1100 hours) was completed by A1 Marine and Diesel, NC, this spring, including oil samples. Additional samples were taken upon return to Lake Ontario prior to the annual oil and filter change. The report indicates no concerns and is available for review with an accepted offer. 

Recent upgrades include a Sun Pure Watermaker system (15-20 GPH) installed in 2023 prior to the trip south - a major convenience, not to mention peace of mind, on extended cruises. The boat is also equipped with a lithium battery bank, inverter, solar panels and a Victron smart battery monitoring system, all installed in 2021. A St. Croix davit system provides excellent dingy management and rotates out of the way when not in use leaving the swim platform clear of obstruction. Aft Deck and bridge flooring is Infinity Woven Vinyl. Much of the original navigation electronics has been updated to current Raymarine products with AIS send/receive capability - an essential safety feature in the busier shipping areas of the US east coast. Bottom line, the current owners have invested over $100,000 in significant improvements since acquiring GregorIan III in 2020.
