Owner's Comments on Care and Maintenance:
As far as odors,  when we bought her she had standard scent for a 20 year old boat.
We deep cleaned the entire boat,  scrubbed away mould/mildew,  scrubbed each bilge compartment.
I then replaced every sewage hose on the boat because occasionally you can smell something head-related.  I replaced everything except the holding tank. 
There are no oil/diesel leaks/smells.  The engine is tight.
We have run a dehumidifier on her every day in season, so nothing wet or ever musty.
